Mary Knows helps people discover public events and activities near them. The information is provided to help you find things to do; it is not advice, and it is not a booking service.
Where activity information comes from
Mary Knows searches a range of public and third-party sources, such as town calendars, libraries, community organizations, and event pages. Results are not comprehensive and may not include every event or activity in an area. Listings and summaries may be incomplete, inaccurate, out of date, changed, canceled, or sold out. Please confirm important details with the organizer or original event source before making plans.
Mary Knows is not the organizer
Mary Knows does not run the events it lists. It is not responsible for third-party websites or services, transportation or ride links, admission, event safety, or anything you buy or arrange with a third party.
Your account and reasonable use
You may sign in with your email so Mary can remember your preferences. Please use the service for your own personal use, and do not attempt to scrape it, overload it, or misuse it.
Mary Knows Plus
Mary Knows Plus costs $6.99 per month and renews automatically each month until you cancel. It currently includes up to 10 fresh searches each month and the weekly Mary’s Picks email. The plan details shown at checkout control if they change.
You can cancel anytime through “Manage my plan”, which opens the Stripe billing page. Canceling stops future renewals. Your plan stays active through the end of the monthly billing period you have already paid for, and that current month is not prorated or refunded, except where a refund is required by applicable law or by the terms shown at checkout.
Availability
The service and the search providers it relies on can change, be interrupted, or fail. Mary Knows cannot guarantee the completeness, accuracy, timeliness, or availability of event information or search results.
Warranties and responsibility
Mary Knows is provided as it is, without promises that it will be error-free or that every listing will be complete, accurate, or current. To the extent allowed by law, Mary Knows is not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses arising from your use of the service or from attending an event you found through it. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
The service and these terms may change over time. The effective date above will change when the terms do.
